TV Walk of fame for Wear Valley journalist

TV fame has landed for Wear Valley District Council press officer, Lyndsey Rawle.
Lyndsey, who is 28 and lives in St Helen Auckland, appeared on the infamous Weakest Link  TV gameshow on Wednesday evening and gave as good as she got with tiger host, Anne Robinson.
Lyndsey said; ³Anne Robinson was a pussy cat! She had a go at me about the council newsletter because she used to be a journalist so I told her to get up to Crook and have a go herself I gave as good as I got. It¹s funny being on the other side for a change it¹s usually me asking questions.
³I spent the day with all the other contestants and they were lovely so it was hard to vote them off on the show!² Lyndsey travelled down to Pinewood Studios in London to film the show back in February and made it to the fifth round before a gymnastics question scuppered her chances.
She celebrated her appearance with a big party for family and friends on Wednesday night when the show was aired.
